Move account from Cpanel to Cpanel

I have tried to move an account from anohter server with only account password. Here it is the error :

Attempting to login as mxxxxx to &ip& via ftp
Login ok
Uploading Wrapper
Uploading Dectector
Uploading Packager
Uploading Downloader
Uploading Killer
chmoding scripts
Unable to get uid of remote account...
Error while copying account...! Aborting Extraction

How can I fix the problem ?

What build are you using ?

I see this in the top of my WHM :
WHM 5.0.0
Cpanel 5.2.0-S47
RedHat 7.3

Try one of the newer edge builds.

Now I have this :
WHM 5.2.0
Cpanel 5.2.0-E81
RedHat 7.3

but I receive the same exact problem. Any other idea ?
