Move Default location of Account Site

    I created an account in WHM attached to the domain "mydomain.com". By default, the folder for the web site is:

    /home/account_name/public_html

    I want to move the folder to:

    /home/account_name/public_html/mydomain.com

    Not sure how to go about doing that...

    Figured it out... I modified the /etc/apache2/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file.

    Keep in mind that direct changes to that file are not preserved. You can follow the instructions on the following thread if you'd like to ensure changes to the document root are not erased during updates:
