    Hi,

I need to move my site to a new IP - I was wondering if there was a way of doing this without users seeing the "Defualt webpage" screen when there DNS has not updated and they are still using the old IP?

    Thanks,
    Danny

    Hello :)

That can not be controlled by cPanel because it's the end-user's browser/DNS cache that causes the behavior. If any users experience this issue for more than a couple of minutes, have them clear the DNS cache on their machine:

You could also modify the default website page via:

"WHM >> Account Functions >> Web Template Editor"

    Thank you.
