Hi,

WHMCS created a cPanel block with some links (attached image1.png).

But this block appear in second position, not in first position. I writed to WHMCS support and they replied me this:

By default, WHMCS creates this block with a priority of '1' meaning that it should be placed at the top of the list; it's possible that a custom sort order or other block is affecting this, unfortunately this is outside of our control and would be something to perhaps discuss with cPanel support to see whether there is a way to ensure that this block always displays at the top of the cPanel homepage.
How can i solve this problem?, how can i move the WHMCS block to top?.

Thank you very much.

You can manually move the blocks and they remain in position when you log back in - you can also check out the customization documentation here: Guide to cPanel Interface Customization - Troubleshoot Custom Styles - Developer Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Clearly I saw your first message but we cannot control the customizations made by other parties. This is an issue with WHMCS if you've not made any customizations to the UI - As I noted if you'd read my message the only other way to make changes of this nature would be to implement customizations as indicated in the documentation I provided you.

Hi,

I edited file "dynamicui.conf" with this command: nano /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/paper_lantern/dynamicui.conf

I attached image with result. If i change "grouporder" value to "2" i will move the files group to second position?.

I think this is solution but i need that you confir me for not broke nothing.

Thank you very much.

I think the smarter thing here would be to identify what the grouporder of the WHMCS items are currently. If they're both set to 1 then yea you're going to have an issue.

Yes, WHMCS block too have: grouporder = 1

I need that WHMCS block be first in cPanel.

If two blocks have "grouporder = 2" will have any problem/error?. Can i change him without issues?.

I think with this can solve the problem, but i need cPanel's developer confirmation. Thank you very much!

WHMCS just setting the grouporder to 1 will not override the setting for the block above it also using 1 unless they're also changing it's grouporder. You would need to set grouporder of the next block to 2 as well as the corresponding blocks to have this be fully accurate in that case.

Anybody can help me please?.

I need to stop the client from modifying the position of the block, I attached an image. This is because I writed some guides for my clients and when they move the blocks cannot find elements.

Thank you very much. Have nice day!

As far as I understand after speaking with a product owner for one of the UI teams there is no supported way to facilitate what you're requesting.
