Can't send email msgs to same subnet / network servers

    Hi Y'all,

From my cPanel box, if I use it as the SMTP sending out server, I get an error msg
    from the recieving server.
When I send the mesg via a different account, it gets through normally.
This is the msg that I get:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
retry time not reached for any host after a long failure period

Please look at IMAGE to see more info, and understanding of where the problem is.

    What does it mean?
Is this something that is locally done on my cPanel server?
It appears to me that this is a local error msg, meaning that cPanel (or Exim) is generating.

    I use:

    WHM 9.9.7 cPanel 9.9.8-S6
    RedHat 9 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

    exim (exim-4.43-0_cpanel_stmpcontrol_antivirus_rewrite_mailman2_maskedmailtrap_exiscan)

If you need more info to diagnose such a problem, let me know.
