Moving emails from plesk to cpanel

Hi there,

Since 3 years I've been using plesk and recently I've moved all my websites to cpanel. Now, I am stuck on moving emails inbox and outbox from plesk to cpanel, currently I'm using Godaddy dedicated servers. Both my plesk and cpanel belongs to godaddy. Godaddy support team denied to migrate emails from plesk to cpanel and I am seeking for any possible help I can get.
Please help me with the right and best solution.

Hello,

Did you use the transfer tool to migrate the accounts from Plesk to cPanel? If so, did it not copy over the emails successfully? Were the emails stored on the Plesk server or are they only downloaded to the email client you are using? Note that we offer complimentary migration services if you want our assistance:

I tried with the transfer tool lies in WHM but it didnt get the emails along from plesk to cpanel. Emails were stored in plesk i believe, thats what godaddy says but I cant see anywhere in plesk, might be due to I have got fully managed support plan from godaddy. Please if you help me out, I will be very thankful to you.

Is there a reason we just can't get an answer? Some of us don't have time to wait for the migration service group to do the task and need to do it ourselves. Our in my case, migration has happened after they had to make updates to the Plesk server so it would work (because the transfer tool doesn't work correctly with some newer Plesk systems) but some emails and addresses did not transfer over and now I just need to transfer those specific addresses so that the ones that did move don't loose anything they've received.

We are happy to provide a solution when possible, but there's no way to determine the exact cause of the problem without reviewing the transfer logs and determining why the email was not transferred.
