Moving folder from one location to another.

Basically I want to copy my vBulletin folder on one domain on my server to a new domain but have both instances running on the separate domains, its on the same server, I plan to re-do my site and rename it that is why I need to move the rather large instance of my vBulletin folder/files.

I could just use FTP software but this is painstakingly slow and I would rather somehow do it a quick way if this is possible.

If you have root access to server, you can perform the copy/move through shell and that will be pretty quick and easy.

Yeah pardon my ignorance and newbness but how do I do this?

If you have installed file manager like midnight commander you can copy/move files from the GUI. Otherwise you need to use linux command for moving/copying files from one domain to another.

If you're not familiar with running commands via command line, that's probably the best way to go.
