    Hello,

I'm using pkgacct-pXa to migrate one domain from Plesk to cPanel using script from http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanelsync/transfers_DEVEL/pkgacct/pkgacct-pXa

    ...

    After running the ./pkgacct-pXa username

i get full domain backup cpmove-username.tar.gz , but one email address (account with many emails) is missing/skipped from the backup archive?!

    How to solve this problem?
    Thank you!

I have root access on Plesk server, that's why i'm using pkgacct-pXa.

The problem is that on destination server, i don't have access to WHM (can't use the Transfer Tool), only cPanel Backup wizard.

I don't know how to migrate the domain with all email accounts, because of the problem mentioned in my 1st post.
Is there any other option to solve this problem?

    Thank you!

You can't restore a full backup archive via the Backup Wizard option in cPanel. You'd need to contact your web hosting provider and ask them to restore the full backup archive that you generated, or have them use the Transfer Tool to copy over the account.

    Thank you.
