I hear there is a feature in cpanel to move accounts from plesk to cpanel does this move theSQL database's and everything and all files or what exactly does it. I am wondering how big a job it is to move accounts over.

You can move plesk accounts to cpanel using the account copier function in WHM. I haven't tried it but I belive it transfers everything including sql. Give it a try it shouldn't be too hard. If you have timeout errors I would try removing the access logs for the sites on the plesk server. You need root access on both servers.

use the account copy. It works just as good as condoms. With 99.9% accuracy.
