I have a customer who is moving from one host to mine, and they need to move their SQL tables. How can they move them? Thanks.

DO NOT USE BACKUP DATABASES!

Use the export feature in phpMyAdmin. It is fairly simple to use. For a small fee, I will do it for them. :) J/k.
