I'm in the process of migrating some accounts from one cpanel server to another. The old server is currently running mysql 4.1, but the new server is running mysql 5. I plan on moving the accounts with the account transfer wizard in WHM. Is there some script that I need to run on those accounts to upgrade the transferred databases from 4.1 to 5?

The transfer script will dump the databases to a .sql file then import the plain-text .sql so that you wont need to worry about upgrading the databases themselves.
