Moving sites over from an Ensim Server

Does anyone happen to know of a quick/painless way of copying some accounts over from an ensim server?

I have a new client (reseller) who is desperate for a little help in moving his accounts off his old server on to the new one.

I notice that there is the option to move accounts over from ensim in WHM, but that is only if you have root access.

Would really like to know if there is a prog or script to do the same thing.

PS. I should mention that the new client isnt bothered about emails/DBs being setup, it is just the html really... but if the other stuff can be done then bonus.

I have root access on the Cpanel server, but I am afraid there wont be any way of gaining root access on the old Ensim server as its a resellers account that I am moving over.

Anybody else?
