I have task to move 8 sub domains to new account for each one in same reseller server

Are you referring to Sub domain/ Add on domains?
In both cases : 1) First you need to take the complete backup of the files and databases of those domains which you wish to move
2) Create a new cPanel account for each domains from your Reseller Account (WHM) .
3) Upload the files and databases to respective cPanel accounts
4) Since you are moving it to same reseller server , you do not have to update the DNS records

The steps provided by @Shilpa George sound good to me if you are working with subdomains. You are essentially manually moving the data into a new account. If you are splitting off addon domains we have a tool that will take care of this for you:
