Forgive me if anything on this has been posted, but I was curious if it is possible to move the folder where user database files are stored and still have cPanel and everything else know whats going on and not give me issues.

Stupid me didn't make my /var partition nearly big enough and I am trying to come up with creative ways to free it up.. any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I hate when I do this... Figure the answer after I post... I just moved the /var/lib/mysql dir to another partition and created a symlink pointing it to the new location, does anybody see any potention problems there?
