   I have a domain, and I have a free forum which I made at xmb-host.com
   How would I go about moving my free forum into my CPanel?

   you would have to get a mysql dump of the data on your boad at XMB
   
   but since this is software owned by XMB you are going to have a hard time intagrating into some other message board software
