MSQL 5.1.65 Error establishing a database connection

    Hi

    I have
    Chassis: HP DL160G6
    Processor: 2x Xeon E5504
    Memory: 6x 2GB PC3-10600R
    Harddisk(s): 2x 300GB SAS HP
    RAID-controller: P410 512MB + BBWC

    Since yesterday random time I get this such annoying error (Error establishing a database connection)

    Using Wordpress and 5.1.65 - MySQL


    Here is my.cnf.

    max_connections=150
    
    
    Is there anyone who has fixed this issued I tried everything even upgrade 12GB of RAM
