Hi all, - newbie here... -

Maybe I am in over my head, but thought this should be simple.

I have a centos server with the latest whm cpanel install, and I needed to buy a new server to save on costs, - so I need to transfer all my sites.. and packages... etc...

When I try to do it, it will not allow for my root login, it says my password is bad. - I watched the tutorials, and it seems simple, but I cannot connect - is there something I need to have setup on my old server to allow th enew server to transfer the files?

Thanks

George

The new server needs to be able to connect to the old server via SSH and preferably via the WebHost Manager port as well. If the new server cannot log into the old server, it will not be able to copy accounts.

We cannot actually copy your accounts for you, but we would be happy to look at this directly if you submit a ticket.
