Hi,
I'm trying to set up a new mail system with multiple email addresses (like [email protected], [email protected] etc. ...) that point to the same mailbox. Is there a way to make that happen in cPanel? Ideally, it would be great to have the option to reply with the same address when you reply to an email.
For example: mail came through [email protected]; when the office replies, it would be nice to return from the same address ([email protected]).

It would be nice if someone could point me in the right direction. Thank you :)

Hey there! I am not aware of such an option. While you could certainly create forwarders that send multiple email addresses to one physical mailbox, any replies sent would be from that main email address and not the address it was forwarded to.

You can use GMAIL for that. Go to Settings>Accounts and Import and enter your POP3 and SMTP details for all the Mails.

Then all mails will be delivered on Gmail only and Replies would also be send from the Preferred Email you select.

Thank you, yeah thats what I thought. For the time being we have one person managing all mailboxes so I thought we could make it a bit easier for them (the email volume is not very high as of now yet).

Thanks for the suggestion. We don't use gmail tho, we have our own client.
