Multiple bandwidth email warnings

Hi,

Customer are complaining everymonth when they received the automated bandwidth email warning.
Instead of receiving only 1 email, they receive one email every 12hours, as we do.
Can we "aknowledge" the warning, (idealy on a per user basis) to stop sending/receiving emails on the account ?
If the customer is having a burst on bandwidth 10days before the end of the month, then he gets around 20 emails for that......
