Multiple Domains With a Single Username(not using add-on domains)

We have several existing domains that we would like to allow a single user to control (using a single username). Is this possible? I have read a few post regarding add-on domains but I am not sure that is what we want, especially considering these are existing domains and not new domains. Any suggestions?

Hello,

The addon domain name feature is the only supported method of managing multiple domain names under a single username. Could you verify if the existing domain names are already setup under their own cPanel accounts?

Correct, they are already under their own cPanel Accounts.

You'd have to backup the existing accounts, terminate them, and then add the domain names as addon domain names under a single cPanel account. Once you do that, you'd extract the data from the backups and restore it to the new account under the addon domain name's document root.
