What I'm trying to do is create new users that can log in and do nearly everything.

The goal is that there are 6 potential users, but only one actual user right now (root). I want to be able to create user1, user2, user3, user4, user5, and user6 and any account that's created under the user [root] can be accessed in cpanel under and of the user# accounts.

I've tried looking around for a setting that might indicate that this can be done, but I can't find anything.

    Hello :)

It's not possible to create a separate user for cPanel access at this time. Instead, the users can only access the services they are created for. The following blog post details what is implemented in version 54 of cPanel:

User Manager and Unified Logins | cPanel Blog

    Thank you.

Thanks for the link! Hopefully this will suffice.
