    Hello!

A client come to me with a strange problem. Have a mail account used by 10-15 persons. If one person get the mails and in the same time another person try to get the mails, the first are disconected and the second person get the mail normally.

What can I do to permit to the first to get the mails without problem and for second person send an error or "wait" or anything?

    Thank you very much!

Update cPanel, this issue was fixed recently:

    9.9.9 (build 20) - EDGE Tree Fri Dec 17 01:41:57 2004

rfc compliance: instead of closing out older active pop sessions, prevent a
mailbox from being opened if it is already in use by an other process.

Well, you could try a :

    /scripts/upcp --force

IF that still doesn't fix it, I'd suggest logging it with cPanel as that should not be happening now.
