Multiple WHM pages not displaying properly

After logging into WHM, there are certain pages from the WHM menu that are not rendering properly to be functional. The browser console is showing that resources needed for the page are not being loaded with the error -

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED <resources>

Again, many pages are rendering correctly but there are those that does not including the below:
Terminal
Backup Configuration
System Update

You might try forcing update to see if that resolves it.
