Looking for a solution where I can have two whm logins. One for me and one for a tech.
Is this possible? I could find any info on it.

    Go on, have a guess
The only way you can do it is to setup a reseller account with root permissions.

Then I have to put on the current accounts into that reseller account?
Also, does that give the new account SSH privlidges?

you can configure each reseller differently meaning, you can elect for them to have SSH access or not.

I am looking at this solution again. We need it to set up for a new admin, but if we need for the new admin to go we have to have a way to cut out his account and not effect everybody else. With a resller account, we have to move all the accounts to a reseller account. It seems kind of cumbersome. Any other ideas.

    revising multiple whm users

Need a way to have multiple whm users. The need the whm access and root access. I am not sure the reseller idea will work beyond two users. Does anybody have any ideas. Does this seem like a reasonable feature request?

Hmm I suppose you could try the wheel users. We do it for SSH - but I am not sure about WHM. Id speak to cPanel direct.
