I have noticed Munin is trying to send emails to munin@ns.my-hostname-domain.com.

Where can I configure the email address Munin sends the notifications to?

I also noticed this just now, and I was surprised when I realised that in munin mailbox is more than 700MB of emails... :) Why is munin sending emails to it self. As I saw in those emails, problem was with some log files that had a wrong ownership, and munin was sending notices every 5 minutes about that problem to it self. Isn't that nice... :)

How can this email be changed or that is some hardcoded bug...

    So...

When it sends a message to munin@host.domain.com , where does that message go??

[edit: it appears to go to /home/munin/mail which I SWORE I'd looked for earlier... oh well]

And a larger question, is there a log that shows the local delivery directory? For instance, if a message to user@domain.com ends up in /home/account/mail/domain/address/new, is there a log that shows that transfer?

You can see the message transfers running

    Code:
    cat /var/log/exim_mainlog | grep munin
I wonder where to check the messaging config for Munin as there is not enough doc in Google addressing this issue :(
