    HI,

Anyone any idea how to fix this?
It's on a centos 5.3 and no idea were to find the rrdtool.rpm for this to fix it.

    Thanks

    Munin Issues

    Hello,

I do see your issue, and we can surely take a look at this. Are you trying to see if rrdtool.rpm is installed? You can do this by typing "rpm -q rrdtool.rpm". If this doesn't answer your question please let me know.

    Thank you,
    Matthew Curry

    rrdtool

    Hello,

Also you can give me more information on the problem, rrdtool has to be built and is located in "/usr/local/cpanel/bin/rrdtoolinstall --force" which is where you can run it from.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you,
    Matthew Curry

I am having this issue as well.

I installed munin, and I get the index.html can't be found. How do I solve this. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it did not work. I am running FreeBSD 8.0

    Thanks.

    Munin still not displaying?

Hmm, I am still not able to get munin displaying information. We are running cPanel 11.25.0-R42400 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9 on CentOS 5.4 system.

    I have done:
    Code:
    run this as root:
    un-install munin
    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/rrdtoolinstall --force
    install munin

    and (found on another site)

    Code:
    un-install munin
    /scripts/rrdtoolinstall --force
    install munin

Neither sets of these steps worked for me. When I go to display the munin plugin page, it shows me:
    The install shows:
    Process Complete

and when I do a ps on the server, it shows the munin-node process is currently running.

I have even restarted the munin-node and httpd process, just in case, but that didn't make a difference.

    Any other thoughts?

    try this, first uninstall munin!

    # updatedb
    # yum install gettext
    # /usr/local/cpanel/bin/rrdtoolinstall --force

In WHM under cPanel / Manage plugins, install Munin!

I found this in my notes: so maybe it will help you as well,

    Got It!

I finally figured this out. It was a combination of a couple different things, including missing perl dependencies for the server portion, and reinstalling the rrdtool as previously suggested. Here is what I did to fix it on my systems:

    1) from within cPanel, uninstall the munin plugin
    2) ssh as root on the server, and run
    Code:
         $ cpan  Net::SNMP Crypt::DES Socket6 Net::Server HTML::Template
    and
    Code:
         $ /usr/local/cpanel/bin/rrdtoolinstall --force
    3) again, from within cPanel, re-install the munin plugin
