mutiple disk issue unable to change partitions

Hi,

actually i had disk home partitions one with nvme and the other 2 with hdd one for backup. all of a sudden all accounts on both hdds are unable to open

through ftp they can access files and though cpanel file manager they can access but website is not opening,

i tired changing the partitions but i can't find the other 2 partitions apart from ssd. and i can see other 2 disk in disk usage info.


can any one help me to get out of this many of m client domain are getting 503 error due to this

You said you can FTP the files, what do you mean by you cannot find the partitions?

They are defintely there, what is the 503 error showing, can you provide the error from

/usr/local/apache/logs/error_log

What happens if you run

Code:
sed -i.bak 's/HOMEMATCH \/home2/HOMEMATCH home/g' /etc/wwwacct.conf
does it show them back in the dropdown if you refresh?

This is a bit difficult to do over a forum, hopefully someone else can step in who's seen it before

If you're trying to use home1 and home2 for accounts you'd need to change HOMEMATCH to home at WHM>>Server Configuration>>Basic WebHost Manager Setup

An example might be:
HOMEDIR: /home1
HOMEMATCH: /home or if you want to be specific /home2
