    Anyone know why mutt would suddenly stop successfully sending after the last cPanel upgrade?

    I have a customer who sends email using mutt but now everything is bouncing back with the unroutable domain error, even though he can send via webmail and a typical email client just fine.

    Thanks.

    Unrouteable mail domain

    This error could be because of the latest cpanel bug.

    Try this;
    > vi /etc/cppdate.conf
    CPANEL=STABLE ( change this entry to stable)
    save the file
    >/scripts/upcp --force.

    If this error is for a particular domain check if there is an entry in /etc/localdomains

    This should fix the issue.

    The upgrade to stabe version can help. But the entry in /etc/localdomains may not be the issue, as there is no issues in sending the,mails using webmail. That should already have an entry there.

    Go on, have a guess
    That is not a good idea if you're using the CURRENT or EDGE tree as doing so will break a lot of things as those trees make some fundamental changes to the way cPanel works and are not easily undone when downgrading trees.
