MX record

    hello im using cpanel hosting my host provider has disabled MX record option in cpanel can i add MX record in email authentication if yes than how?

    You'd do better to speak with your host about this as I'm sure they'll have some sort of solution available to their customers.

    You need to contact to hosting provide for the MX record option in cPanel and yes you can able to add the MX record in email authentication. Login to cpanel and then click on the "Email Authentication" and you can get most of setting which is related to Email Authentication. you can add the MX record setting to send/receive emails.

    You can only whitelist your MX record from cPanel >> E-mail authentication, you can't set MX record from E-mail authentication option. As you mentioned MX record opton is disbaled by your host then its better if you contact your hosting provdier and ask them to update MX record for your domain as per your requirment.
