My client can only send but can't receive e-mails from his workplace

    Hi,

    one of clients which uses hosting I resell is having some major issues with e-mail. Best example is this: when my client from his workplace, goes to www.myclient.com/webmail with access data username (name@myclient.com) and password (myclientpass) which is 100% correct, he receives message "The login is invalid"
    If my client tries to login, from some other any location beside workplace, like from his private residence, webmail works perfect?!

    Why is this happening?

    Also, using Outlook, he is enable to send but can't receive (POP3 110 port) e-mails. I suspect on some issue with ISP and IP address blocking or similar...

    Hello :)

    Check to see if the email account or IP address has been blocked by cPhulk brute force detection:

    "WHM Home » Security Center » cPHulk Brute Force Protection"

    You may need to whitelist the IP address used for the connections if it has been locked in the past.
