    Are you fixing this issue?

    Emails using autoresponders don't store new messages :mad:

    Fix that ASAP !!!! :eek:

    If you have identified a reproducable bug, then you should log it in bugzilla. If you don't understand how a feature works, then if you purchased your cPanel license directly, log a ticket with cPanel. IF you got cPanel through a datacentre you should log the problem with them. The forums are not a means to get support from cPanel.

    Btw, it doesn't help that your thread says "my clients can receive emails (if using autoresponders)"

    Remember that when you create an auto-responder you must also create a corresponding POP3 account or Forwarder.
