My development box has innodb support with the defaults (just comment out skip-innodb and restart mysql)
But since I'm not sure how it works out with quotas, and puts everything into one big file, plus each user has to create tables using an explicit innodb type, the advantages are not immediately visible. You gain the advantage of a table handler unsupported by mysql_check as well(apparently it doesn't need it... but I like the idea that I can fix problems... not call mysql for them)
