Did cpanel just do an update or something, about 2hrs ago my pop3 mail stop coming in. and

And i'm receiving the error when looking at my apache update:

whats going on, this is fustrating, once this problem is fixed I'm going to block all cpanel updates... this is retarded. I didn't touch anything on the server now i have spend hours of my time figuring out what the hell is going on.
why can't i receive pop3 mail ???? i'm ready to just do away with cpanel at this point
