I guess that you are working on OpenVZ environment, If that true then the Uplink port may have a high load causes cPanel to load too slow, I guess all the problem is about the Uplink port speed and its usage.

    Hello,

Are you in a VPS environment or on a dedicated server? ModServ is correct that uplink port speed, available CPU and other functions that aren't fully dedicated in a VPS environment could be affecting the speed.

What if you access cPanel over port 80 (assuming the server admin has enabled this)? You can do this via http://cpanel.(YOUR DOMAIN), same also works for WHM and Webmail, just go to whm. and webmail. respectively

I ask because some ISPs throttle the performance of pages delivered on ports other than port 80.
