Hi Support team,

Our cPanel is having problem with one of my customer Wordpress website. Their website went down for no reason and just got this message from home page " There has been a critical error on your website. ". At first I thought it is problem with Wordpress plugin but I moved website to different server running with apache and php and it is working fine. I got below error from the log but I am not sure it is related with this problem. Also note that I can access to wp-admin dashboard as normal

Try /wp-login.php for Logging into Admin Panel. If You cannot do so, Go to cPanel>Wordpress Manager by Softaculous and Upgrade the Wordpress or Restore the Wordpress which would repair it.
Another option would be enabling Debug or Safe Mode of Wordpress! Most probably, Problems caused is due to .htaccess under the folders /wp-content and /wp-includes which denies the Wordpress to access its core!

Thanks for your reply. I don't think it would be issue with .htaccess file permission because I tried with chmod 640 or 750 but no luck. I can access to wp-admin dashboard and what should I do next once I got there.

Best Thing is to Update or Downgrade Wordpress which would do everything automatically and Repair everything!
