My developer can't connect with FTP from Bangladesh

Hello,

I created FTP account for my developer but he is not able to connect. I can connect easily. I have added Bangladesh to whitelist in WHM from cpHulk settings. What am I not doing right? Please help!

Hey there! There could be a few different issues causing his connection issue. Can you let us know what error he is seeing when he tries to connect?
