How do I stop my domain from sending a spam email. I already activated the SPF Protection and changed the password of the account. It is still sending Viagra email targeting aol users. Thank you in advance.

Do you know if the mail is actually being sent THROUGH your server rather than them just forging the FROM field? In the latter case, the mail still might get through but SPF should always fail if you've set it up right.

If the spammer is forging your domain, ie sending for madeupemail@yourdomain.com, there's little that you can do to stop them spoofing.
You could look at the way SPF is configured and switch to hardfail.

    google softfail vs hardfail spf
