Well, I logged in to my WebMail (mydomain.com:2095), and I clicked [Forwarding Options], set up an email address, and it simply doesn't work! I even double checked by clicking [Forwarding Options], and it does say "A copy of your mail is currently being forwarded to: [my email address]" so it should work. Could anyone please help with this? Thanks so much.

If I understand what you are stating/wanting...

If you desire to forward all messages sent to a given address at your domain to be forwarded to another address, you should set this up in your cpanel and not in webmail.

    cPanel - mail - forwarders

Yes, that is what I want and when I went to cPanel > Mail > Forwarders, it does infact say have "Current Forwarders - [My Business Address] >> [My Personal Address]". Yet it does not work.

    Gotcha!

Then, contact your hosting company and advise them of the situation. They are the folks that have the ability to rectify the situation.
