Did you setup rDNS for your server?

Is this server-wide problem? Meaning, every client on your server experience this problem with their email addresses? or with a few email addresses?

If this is a problem with a few email addresses, then you need to find out why they are blacklisted and by who?

If every body on your server is experiencing this problem, you'll have to contact MSN, gmail and others and see what you should do to be whitelisted/removed for their blacklist.
