My /etc/ssh/sshd_config saved incorrectly and now I can not login via SSH as root
what can I do?
I have access to WHM that is it. I can also login to SSH as a user that has no permissions

I would try going to manage wheel users in whm, add one of the users you can log in as to that list and then ssh in as that user and try to su to root.

Now I have semi access through a third party service. Now my issue is my server is down Maria DB is running but the PID file cannot be found. I recreated the PID file and gave it ownership to MySQL but it keep saying the same after every reboot. netconsole module not loaded

It sounds like these issues indicate a problem with the system at the operating system level. If the server isn't booting properly and there are SSH problems you might have to have the datacenter intervene and get that resolved. We'd be happy to check the MariaDB issue, even if it turns out to not be a problem with cPanel, if you can get us SSH access to the server.
