my inbox has suddenly stoped receving

    I am unable to receive any messages into my horde account as of Friday last week? can send but no return my Yahoo account says there is a permanent error what could be causing that?

    Do you have root access to this server?
    If so check the email que.

    If not check to see if the server you are on is being blocked by spam, use spam haus

    Further more, have you tried sending a test message to your self? - Has your domain expired, do you have it set to the right nameservers?

    If you can PM with details, Ill be able to assist further.

    not sure if I Have ROOT ACCESS what does this mean?

    I have tried to send test mails from other mail account to the faulty one but they just never get there and to myself from myself nothing seams to go. can send to others ok

    The account has not been around long and I have not had any spam that i know about althou will give this a go

    Okay - is the server on a shared platform - or is a dedicated server?

    Hi,

    It would be much easier for you if you post a ticket to your shared server support team so they can find the root cause of the problem.

    I concure, speak to your host, they will be pretty much the only ones that can assist you further.
