My IP is gone

Help!

When i add the ip nr to whm for the first time is work fine, but after 1 and houre, the ip is not working?

And when i clik on Show IP Address Usage alle my ip is gone.

But when i take a reboot everyting is fine again, Ip is up, but is gone down agan after a will, is have bean like this in hold day

Can any one help me !!!!!!!

You may need to check with your data center on this issue, as perhaps someone else is already using that IP. That could certainly result in behavior similar to what you have described. Additionally, you may wish to try and rebuild the IP address pool; you can do this by logging into the WebHost Manager as root.

I have found out why the problem.
I have install chillisoft asp, on apache 1.3.27 and the chilisoft shud down the apache, that why i can not get to my side.
