my php mail script is deactivate

hello Friends

I'm switching from Pesk control panel to cPanel/WHM to manage multiple domains, I set almost all details that i need to have full working my websites, but i have a problem in my php mail scripts, yesterday i upload a small php script that send a email, it worked yesterday perfectly. but today i recived a email, It says:

Below are the recently upload scripts that contain code to send email. You may wish to inspect them to ensure they are not sending out SPAM.

And today my php script stop to work, is there any security option that disable scripts that can send mail in cPanel/WHM?
