    Hi,

I have ns1.domain.com and ns1.domain.com, I'm not able to reach my server via the cpanel and whm aliases http://www.domain.com/whm http://www.domain.com/cpanel

I tried to navigate the site via port it works fine, actual this issue since yesterday only it was working fine and there is no problem with it.

and I have small issue with this since I setup the cpanel, when it was working well the popup authentication to put the username and password was not working, it only goes to login screen contain the username and password without the popup how I can set my server to ask me instead of the html login area.

    Sincerely,

You might check your domain with a site like intodns.com to see if there are any DNS issues.

As for wanting the htaccess popup on login, in your WHM >Tweak Settings > Security section, find the option titled:

Disable HTTP Authentication for cPanel/Webmail/WHM Logins....

And make sure it's unchecked then save.
