My Server Suddenly Restarted

Hello guys , my server suddenly rebooted , what's the problem ?
Before some days all is normal but from now a days my server is not working well , yesterday my server down for 5 seconds and again up , and today my server Automatically rebooted.
also my server can't handle load.

There'd be no way for anyone to tell you what happened based on this information. What I would suggest you do is check with your hosting provider or datacenter. They should be able to explain to you what occurred.
