Hello! You could have a corrupted /etc/fstab, but it's hard to say exactly what the issue is. Would you be able to reach out to your web hosting provider or sysadmin to review? This type of issue would be unrelated to cPanel.
thank for reply, i download the image the server. may i know how can is restore it into new cpanel server ?
is there a tools to help import from the files ?

As there would be no cPanel-supported method of creating server images, this would have to be something done by your systems administrator or web hosting provider. They would be the best resource or getting instructions on how to restore the image. There is a tool for moving sites and files, but it's for migrating data between hosts, not actually restoring an image to a server.

IBM has a great support as I learnt so might be the best to try to get some assistance there or hire a cPanel certified professional from Resources to check this out for you.
