Hello,

I logged in today to tickets.cpanel.net and found nothing, all my support tickets are gone, I want to see a solution to a repeated problem.

Thanks

I see they only display tickets from the last (max) 360 days - I don't know if older ones are archived - you may need to contact them.

If your ticket is under 360 days old, look in Show Open / Closed Requests and scroll down to Closed requests from the last 180 days and then click the (View requests from the last 360 days) link.

Hello,

The interface only shows closed requests from the past 180 days by default. I confirmed that you have no closed requests in that period. If you click on "View Requests From The Past 360 Days", you should see three support tickets in the history. The other three are beyond the one year period and thus are no longer visible. That said, we can access them internally to provide you with information about a previous solution if you'd like. What specific information are you seeking?

Thank you.

New Ok thanks, I can see 3 tickets only, I don't know if that's all, you told me there is 6.
There's six total that we can see internally, but only three of those are from the past year. The only ones visible in the interface to you as a customer are from the past year, so that's why you only see three.

Thank you.
