My website isn't showing up

I have putted a index.html file in public_html and my website is not showing up, The VPS is working fine apprently, then why nothing is showing up?

and how old is your account, a new account may take a while for DNS to do it's magic.

I think I found the problem, when I installed my VPS and went to WHM I confirmed the automatic ip adresses when I actually needed to put there my VPS's IP adresse.

Do you see any errors? If yes, post the exact error or screenshot.
I would be second to agree that a new account may take some time for DNS propagation.
