    Hello,

Before upgrading to mysql 4.1* you need to execute /scripts/sysup then upgrade mysql from whm->tweak settings. Then click to install mysql. Once this done you need to do /scripts/easyapache , thats it. I have solved the issue in this way. /scripts/mysqlup takes the mysql version from tweak settings and if you have set 4.0 then it will resintall mysql with mysqlup script. Check this one will surely your issue. Give feedup when its done.

    Enjoy.
