    Hi

i have upgrade the mysql from 4.0.27 to 4.1.18 and now a lot of sites report the following error:

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource

i have check the mysql log and i found that are missing a lot of .MYI

    Can't open file: 'tiki_searchindex.MYI

how can i fix this problem? i have try also to repair it but no way, phpmyadmin report that it are in use
